Payment Methods
We accept credit card payment only (Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express). If you prefer a different form of payment, call 1-800-828-4028 to place a C.O.D. order. If you are looking for even more options, call and ask for the sales representative for your area and we would happy to have the rep gives you a call to setup and appointment to meet with you.
Order Policy
1. Making a Purchase
It couldn't be easier! Just browse the store, click on any of the items that you want to buy, and put them in your basket. Finished shopping? Click on "Checkout" and fill in a few details. That's it!
Your credit card number is safely encrypted for your protection. Your purchase is NOT processed on-line. ALL credit card orders are processed in our offices. Our customer service department will email you within one business day to confirm your order.
While Elite Salon Services had tried very hard to ensure the accuracy of the product information in our store, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. Elite Salon Services disclaims liability for misprints, incomplete, stale or otherwise inaccurate pricing distributed or provided by other parties or websites including but not limited to shopping, search or comparison engines or similar entities on websites other than www.elite-ss.com. Further, Elite Salon Services reserves the right to change its prices at any time or without notice.
2. Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Every effort is made to ship all orders within 24 hours. If any of the info on your order form is incorrect or incomplete, customer service will have to contact you before your order can be processed and shipped, which, of course, will delay the delivery of your order.
We currently use UPS for all regular ground orders, and service is usually within 1-3 business days, depending on the distance of your location from our facility in City of Industry, CA. Orders will only be shipped to the address on file for your account. Requests to have product shipped to a different address will not be honored. If you have moved your salon or changed salons, you are required to notify us, and may need to setup a new account.
3. Back Ordered Items
If any of the item(s) you have ordered are not currently in stock, you will not be charged for those item(s). Your invoice will show the quantity of the item you ordered in the "backorder" column, and a message will also be display informing you to reorder back ordered item(s).
Tax
If you intend to retail product purchased from us, you MUST have a resale permit on file with us. If you do NOT have a resale permit on file with us, you will be charged the appropriate sales taxes for your state and county on ALL items. There are some items that are not for retail sale, regardless of a resale permit. These items will always be assessed the appropriate sales taxes for your state and county. For example, all chemical services items such as hair color, bleach and perm are for professional use only.
Return Policy
All claims for damaged or missing product must be made within 3 business days after receiving your order. If you neglect to contact us within 2 business days, we will assume that you have received your order intact to complete. Claims for damaged or missing product can be made by phone (1-800-828-4028) or through your salon consultant. An invoice number is needed for return or exchange of any product. No return or exchange will be allowed without an invoice number.
Privacy
Elite Salon Services does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
